また診療申し込みの際に、顔写真付き身分証明書と保険資格を確認させていただきます。
写真付き身分証明書での本人様確認が出来ない場合、受診をお断りする場合がございます。
日本の公的医療保険に加入されていない方は数万円以上の高額な診療費用になる場合があります。

Our clinic provides services in Japanese only.
If you do not speak Japanese, please consider seeking treatment at a clinic that supports other languages.
In addition, when applying for a consultation, we will ask to verify your photo ID and health insurance eligibility.
If we are unable to confirm your identity using a photo ID, we may refuse treatment.
If you are not enrolled in Japan’s public health insurance system, medical expenses may amount to tens of thousands of yen or more. Thank you for your understanding.
